This is a guided, collaborative experience designed to bring your brand into full alignment from the inside out. Together, we uncover the heart of your business, define how it communicates, and shape a clear, cohesive direction for how it shows up in the world.

This process is intentionally paced throughout 4 weeks to allow for thoughtful reflection, meaningful conversation, and refined decision-making. It is ideal for business owners who want to deeply understand their brand and build a strong, lasting foundation.

BRAND BOOK CLUB JOURNAL
A self-guided experience that is part journaling, part reflection. You’ll share your thoughts, ideas, and aspirations for your business to give me a window into your world before we meet.

Three 1-hour alignment calls where we reflect together, identify patterns, connect ideas, and uncover the deeper meaning already present in your brand.
BRAND CLARITY GUIDE
In other circles, it’s known as a Brand Strategy. A thoughtfully distilled PDF (approximately 35 pages) outlining our discoveries and giving you a clear direction forward.
Includes:
1. BRAND FOUNDATION | Your core values, purpose, mission, and vision
2. DREAM CLIENT INSIGHT | Who you’re speaking to and how to naturally attract them
3. WHAT SETS YOU APART | The qualities, strengths, and perspectives that make your brand uniquely yours
4. CORE MESSAGING | What your brand communicates and how to express it
5. VISUAL DIRECTION | Initial guidance for typography, color, imagery, and artistic elements, plus a moodboard that ties all the elements together
6. ACTION PLAN | Clear, practical next steps so you know exactly how to move forward
OUTCOME
You leave with a fully developed brand strategy and a clear path forward, with every decision grounded in intention and aligned with your long-term vision.
Once your first payment is received and your project start date is booked, you will gain immediate access to your digital Brand Book Club Journal. This document is packed with questions for you to contemplate and reflect on before our first meeting. Your clarity project will be paced throughout 4 weeks to allow time for reflection, integration, and meaningful clarity on both sides.
Week 1 focuses on your brand foundations. We kick off our project with a 1-hour call to review your journal reflections and deeply explore your story, values, and the core motivations behind your work to reveal what is already true within your brand. I will assign you some reflection homework and follow up questions for the following week.
Week 2 will have you diving deeper into investigating your dream client, and exploring your competitive landscape. This is where we begin shaping a clearer point of view and positioning.
Week 3 kicks off with a clarity checkpoint. We review insights together to ensure alignment and refine direction before moving into the final strategy.
Week 4 concludes with your Brand Clarity Strategy Guide, a 35+ page document that becomes a long-term tool for your business and the foundation for your visual identity. We also have our final call to review your strategy and make refinements to ensure your document is ready for implementation.

STAGE 1: CLARITY
(4 weeks)
Once your first payment is received and your project start date is booked, you will gain immediate access to your digital Brand Book Club Journal. Your clarity project will be paced throughout 4 weeks to allow time for reflection, integration, and meaningful clarity on both sides.

STAGE 2: DESIGN
(2 weeks)
After your second payment, the visual identity phase begins.
Here, I translate your strategy into a cohesive visual system that reflects your values, voice, and positioning in a clear and compelling way.
I work through a single-concept approach, presenting one fully developed direction rather than multiple options. This includes real-world mockups so you can see how your brand lives across different applications.
You’ll receive a recorded presentation walkthrough so you can review everything at your own pace.
From there, we meet for a feedback and alignment call where we refine and strengthen the direction together, ensuring the final identity feels fully aligned and complete.
STAGE 3: DELIVERY
(1 week)
Once the final design is approved, I prepare and organize your complete brand files.
You’ll receive a fully structured file library including all final design assets in formats ready for both digital and print use.
This stage also includes your Brand Usage Guide, along with a recorded walkthrough explaining how to use your brand confidently and consistently across platforms.
After your final payment is received, everything is delivered and ready for implementation.
STAGE 4: ADD ONS
(1-4 weeks)
At this point, the core project is complete.
If desired, we can continue into additional work such as website design, social media assets, or packaging design. These are offered as separate add-ons and scheduled based on scope.
